Necessary Home Repairs For
Bullis Property Listed For Sale
This webpage will list recommended repairs to the house for sale on Bullis Road. The house is sold “as-is” and the cost of these repairs are taken in consideration, regarding the price.
(1) The Septic tank currently works, but will eventually need structural repair.
(2) Much of the roof has been replaced. None of thr roof leaks. The roof over the living room, however, is old and will eventually need to be replaced.
(3) The garage has major structural damage. Rear parts of the roof have collapsed, which has made the garage unsafe to enter. The peak of the roof is bowed. The frame of the garage is not square. The flooring in parts of the garage flexes and is bowed. The garage needs to be either removed or repaired.
